The Santa Clarita Valley Film Festival selected the Envision Cinema Conservatory film , "Haitian Hope: Field Hospital," to show in its professional documentary category on January 7th, 2011. The film was directed by Envision Cinema Conservatory students Curtis Donar and Faith Vasquez in the spring of 2010. The festival is located 20 miles north of Hollywood, California, is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to celebrating the art of filmmaking by providing an open forum for independent filmmakers, both professionals and students. We achieve this goal through an annual competitive film festival, ongoing film education programs for youth and fiscal sponsorship for independent filmmakers.
